This brings us to you, our next <strong>Finance Systems Development Manager</strong>.</p>
<p>In this role, you will act as a <strong>key owner and architect of our finance systems landscape</strong>, with NetSuite ERP at its core. You will take a leading role in shaping how our systems scale across multiple geographies, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Alongside development, you will drive architectural decisions, system governance, and continuous improvement of our finance technology stack.</p>
<h2><strong>🚀 What you’ll be doing</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Act as <strong>system owner and lead architect</strong> for Wolt’s finance systems environment, centered around our Multi-Subsidiary NetSuite solution</li>
<li>Define and drive the <strong>system architecture and development roadmap</strong>, ensuring scalability across markets and business growth</li>
<li>Design and oversee <strong>end-to-end solutions</strong>, including integrations, data flows, and system structure across connected finance systems</li>
<li>Analyze, control, and improve <strong>system performance and process efficiency</strong> across finance operations</li>
<li>Lead the design and implementation of <strong>customizations, scripts, and workflows</strong> aligned with business and compliance needs</li>
<li>Coordinate development, maintenance, and support activities with <strong>internal teams and external partners</strong>, ensuring solution stability and robustness</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders (Key Users, Process Owners) to translate business challenges into <strong>scalable system solutions</strong></li>
<li>Identify and drive <strong>automation and improvement opportunities</strong>, including leveraging emerging technologies such as AI where relevant</li>
<li>Ensure <strong>system governance, documentation, and best practices</strong> across the finance systems landscape</li>
<li>Support system testing, integration efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>🧠 Our humble expectations</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience with <strong>NetSuite technical development and solution design</strong></li>
<li>Proven track record in a role combining <strong>systems ownership, architecture, and hands-on development</strong></li>
<li>Solid experience with:</li>
<ul>
<li>SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.x), SuiteBuilder</li>
<li>Integrations (REST, SOAP, RESTlets, SuiteAnalytics Connect)</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience managing and evolving <strong>complex, multi-entity / multi-country ERP environments</strong></li>
<li>Experience working with <strong>external partners and multiple internal stakeholders</strong></li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>system processes, data flows, and integration patterns</strong></li>
<li>Experience in <strong>system roadmap planning and project delivery</strong></li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly with both <strong>technical stakeholders and finance end users</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Seen as a strong advantage:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>SuiteTax and global tax configurations</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with applying <strong>AI or automation in finance systems</strong></li>
<li>Background in core finance processes (accounting, reporting)</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>data-intensive or high-volume environments</strong> (e.g., FMCG, large-scale B2C)</li>
