A Snapshot of Your Day

In a typical day of Process and Systems team you take an active part on our transformation journey, lead projects related to Finance and Accounting transformation with regional and global scale, you collaborate with different colleagues worldwide with different competences and working methodologies, from different cultures and nationalities using the most recent technologies applied to Finance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Delivering complex and multi\-country projects involving finance process standardization, system implementations, and digital transformation, engaging a wide range of different stakeholders across accounting, business and IT functions.


• Lead end\-to\-end delivery of finance transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define and manage global rollout strategies, including phased deployments, change management, and adoption plans. Including, project scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple regions.


• Demand Manager and interface between Accounting/Controlling, Digitalization stakeholders and IT community, apply and tailor project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, hybrid models) based on project needs.


• Provide accounting guidance to our stakeholders on process level and propose best practices.


• Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners like accounting services worldwide, local management, headquarters, and other relevant departments.


• Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems and follow compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

• 5\+ years of experience in project management within finance transformation or finance systems implementation, global projects and complex organizations.


• Strong knowledge of finance/accounting processes (Record\-to\-Report, Procure\-to\-Pay, Order\-to\-Cash). Decision\-making skills Degree in Accounting, Economics or related field.


• Experience with major finance systems (e.g. SAP, Blackline, major interfaces techs, or similar).


• Experience working with diverse project methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma.


• Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, ambiguous environment and drive results


• Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, strong critical thinking, and efficient communication skills, team player, initiative, and proactivity.


• Mandatory proficiency in English, other languages are an advantage (preferred Portuguese and/or German).
