- Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Reconcile accounts and manage discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes and systems.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews.
- Handle queries related to financial operations and reporting.
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- Experience in financial operations or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to interpret and apply financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A relevant qualification in accounting or finance (preferred).
- Proven experiance as a finance officer
- Salary ranging from £28,800 to £35,200, dependent on the level of experience.
