Finance Manager

Finance Manager | 6-Month FTC | Hybrid | London

We are working with one of the world's most iconic music companies to find an experienced Finance Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract, with the view to extend.

This is a newly created role at a genuinely exciting time for the business. With significant change happening at group level, this is a real opportunity to step in, make an impact and take ownership of a busy finance function alongside some brilliant people.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operational finance function, with the view to freeing up the current Finance Manager to move into a more strategic advisory capacity. Working closely with senior stakeholders and leading a small team of Accounts Assistants.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Balance sheet reconciliations and month end close


• Debtors and creditors management


• P&L and balance sheet reporting to senior leadership


• Managing and developing a team of three Accounts Assistants


• Supporting the business through a period of transition and documenting key processes

What they are looking for

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)


• Minimum 7 years' finance experience


• Proven team management experience


• SAP knowledge essential


• EMEA experience required


• Exposure to M&A activity advantageous


• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
