Finance Manager

Department: Finance

Location: Hyde

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our site leadership team, leading all aspects of finance and partnering closely with operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability.

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for reporting, controls, business partnering and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead site financial reporting, including P\&L, KPIs and variance analysis

  • Manage and develop the on\-site finance team

  • Own the balance sheet, reconciliations and SOX compliance

  • Support and challenge cost control, labour and overhead spend

  • Partner with Commercial on costings, pricing and margin performance

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Drive improvements across systems, reporting and site performance

What You’ll Bring
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)

  • Strong experience in site or manufacturing finance

  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills

  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders

  • Advanced Excel and strong SAP experience

  • Proactive, driven and focused on continuous improvement
