Seeking a Manager of Billing Transformation and OEM Royalties to join our Finance team in Germany or Denver.

Overview:

We are seeking a Manager of Billing Transformation and OEM Royalties to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in driving Billing \& Royalty Transformation Project that will streamline, systematize and automate our Billing and Royalty processes. This person will also lead and manage the Billing Transformation Implementation team, as well as the OEM Royalty team. This position reports to the Director of Billing and Collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plan, create business case and drive execution of Billing \& Royalty Transformation Project that will streamline, systematize and automate our Billing and Royalty processes. Also track and report on financial and Statement of Work benefits of project to Finance organization and ELT.


• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Pricing, Client Management and Customer Success teams to incorporate requirements into Transformation Project.


• Lead and mentor both the Billing Transformation team and OEM Royalty team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.


• Maintain oversight of OEM Royalty End to End process, including assuring accuracy of OEM royalty payments and receipts. Complete OEM audits to ensure compliance with royalty terms and conditions specified in OEM contracts.

This position is on a hybrid schedule. This means you will be required to perform some work onsite at the company’s Neu\-Isenburg, Germany office. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Extensive experience in finance\-related roles, with a minimum of 3 \- 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.


• Prior Project Management experience.


• 5 \- 7 years of experience with Oracle ERP.


• Exceptional analytical and problem\-solving skills with great attention to detail.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Financial analysis and business case analysis.


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams.


• Proven leadership capabilities and a history of managing high\-performing teams.


• Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the organization's financial and strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior billing, collections and/or royalties experience.


• Understanding of customer contracts and product pricing.


• Proficiency in or experience with Sales Force and High Radius is a plus.
