You will be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of Studio Voltaire’s finances, supporting the Head of Finance and Operations to ensure that the financial, administrative and legal affairs of Studio Voltaire are effectively managed. Your responsibilities include transaction processing, bank reconciliations and in\-house payroll, while ensuring compliance with VAT, Gift Aid and financial controls.

Additionally, the Finance Manager supports budgeting, forecasting and year\-end audit preparation, while providing financial guidance to internal budget holders across the Programme, Communications and Development teams, as well as the General Manager.

  • Duration: 1 year, fixed\-term

  • Hours: Part\-time, 2 days per week (10 am–6 pm)

  • Salary: £33,000–36,000 per annum, pro\-rata
