Finance and Admin Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Admin Manager to join an extremely well established franchise company based in Liverpool, The position is to work within an established team in the company where you will be responsible for managing current business accounts and ensuring maximum profitability and usage.

• Previous experience within a similar role,


• Able to operate in a fast paced environment,


• Be approachable with excellent communication skills,


• Possess a “can do” attitude.

Job Duties;

· Produce monthly management accounts for companies within the group,

· Full P&L reviews of Budgets and Forecasts,

· Analysis and investigating Variances against project plans,

· Accruals and Prepayments,

· Preparation of Monthly & Annual Accounts,

· Produce management reports to provide insightful analysis,

· Cash flow forecasting,

· Develop reporting system, provide automated reports and financial models,

· Oversee the Finance and Admin team.

Ideal experience?

· Ideally study CIMA, ACCA,

· Good Communication skills to speak to the wider team,

· Strong IT skills.
