About the Role

AGSM Maintenance Ltd is a growing property maintenance and compliance business looking for a proactive and organised Finance Manager to take ownership of our day\-to\-day finance function.

This is a hands\-on role ideal for an experienced bookkeeper, accounts manager or finance professional who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a friendly, fast\-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day\-to\-day company finances


• Payroll administration


• Processing supplier payments and expenses


• Bank and account reconciliations


• Raising remittances


• Managing company fuel cards and fleet administration


• Handling parking charge notices and appeals


• Liaising with external accountants


• Managing and supporting one finance team member

• Previous bookkeeping or finance management experience


• Strong organisational and administration skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Confident using Microsoft Office and finance systems


• Self\-motivated and able to work independently


• Positive and proactive attitude

• AAT qualified or qualified by experience


• Experience within construction, maintenance or property services


• Experience with Xero
