<p><strong>Finance &amp; Investor Relations Intern - Berlin</strong></p>
<p>Cherry Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2012 and based in Berlin, London and Stockholm. We are a team of former entrepreneurs and operators with experience building fast-scaling companies such as Zalando, Spotify and Uber. We have invested in over 140 companies across Europe, including Flix, Auto1, Amboss, Manual, Numa, Moss, Swap, Tacto and The Exploration Company.</p>
<p>We are looking for an additional team member to join as a <strong> Finance &amp; Investor Relations Intern starting September 2026 for a period of 3-4 months</strong>. </p>
<p>For this role: <strong>You would need to either have an EU passport or an existing permit to work in Germany as we are unfortunately not able to sponsor visas</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>As part of the Finance &amp; Investor Relations Team, you will: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely together with a dynamic team with operational and investment banking backgrounds</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of strategy and marketing materials for investors</li>
<li>Assist with various investor relations activities including preparation of advisory board deck, investor calls and quarterly reporting</li>
<li>Be involved in fund finance activities including liaising with fund administrators, lawyers and banks</li>
<li>Contribute to building a world-class early-stage venture capital fund by taking on additional responsibilities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key requirements include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in a start-up, VC/PE fund, consulting, or banking</li>
<li>Strong analytical background, extremely well-versed in working with quantitative data</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and with AI tools</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills</li>
<li>Enrolled in or concluded a Master’s Degree at a top-tier university in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, similar fields or have prior experience in the sector</li>
<li>Basic understanding of P&amp;L, balance sheets, and cash flows</li>
<li>You have an international and multicultural mindset/background</li>
<li>English working proficiency</li>
</ul>
