Finance Graduate – Accounts Payable

The HR Accounts Payable Graduate will oversee and manage employee benefit administrative and operational activities across EMEA. This role is responsible for facilitating communication among various stakeholders —including external vendors— and working closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and other relevant departments. The position is part of the Total Rewards (TR) team and reports directly to the Director of People Operations, Total Rewards and Mobility.### In this role, you will…

Coordinate with HR Operations all aspects of employee benefits programs across EMEA, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefit offerings.

• Manage employee benefits vendors, including new supplier onboarding and ongoing relationship management.


• Maintain a strong understanding of accounts payable internal processes to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.


• Oversee the purchasing process, including creating purchase requisitions (PRs), generating purchase orders (POs), and following up on required approvals.


• Maintain the EMEA vendor database, track invoices, and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping.


• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to invoicing and billing processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practices.


• Work closely with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and consistency in benefits, compensation, and payment administration processes.


• Stay up to date on regulatory changes and emerging best practices related to employee benefits and vendor management.


• * Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost\-saving initiatives based on industry insights and internal analysis

In this role, you’ll need …

Advanced vocational training (“formación profesional/grado superior” preferred, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

• Preferred: Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation administration practices, policies, and procedures.


• Preferred: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Aravo and Workday.


• Preferred: Strong knowledge of SAP.


• Excellent oral and writing skills in English.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.


• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.


• Detail\-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
