Finance EA supporting a team of Bankers

We are currently looking for a Finance EA to support a team of Bankers based in the West End. This is for a large Finance company with an international presence and a positive working environment. The company offers regular team socials and a supportive team. The Firm assists its clients in achieving their strategic goals by offering comprehensive integrated financial advisory services across all major industry sectors. This position requires an EA with a minimum of three EA experience in Financial services.

The role

To support a banking approximately 8 bankers – MD to VP level

To support client activities and requirements in a proactive manner and liaising with clients •

To pro-actively manage diaries, co-ordinate and schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and set up conference /video calls

Manage client contacts, and potentially inbox for Bankers

To make travel arrangements; book flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment for business travel (domestic & international), prepare itineraries for business travel, roadshows, visas etc. in accordance to our policy and manage expectations

To answer/direct incoming phone calls and provide secondary telephone coverage to bankers

Using Concur to process and monitor expenses to ensure prompt payment and reconcile with statements

To support less experienced members of the team e.g. mentoring or buddying
