<p><strong>What does a Commercial Finance &amp; Pricing Director do at WPP Production?</strong> </p>
<p>The Commercial Finance and Pricing Director, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, Americas, will play a pivotal role in the pricing of new/existing financial opportunities, while managing the financial health of the existing client base across the WPP Production NA portfolio.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities include:</u></strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>-Manage the new business commercial process, including implementing strategic, competitive pricing methodologies.</p>
<p>-Manage pricing strategy for existing clients, balancing revenue and profit results with long term potential.</p>
<p>-Manage the financial health of the portfolio, analyzing revenue risks/opportunities and profitability.</p>
<p>-Manage the collection and presentation of data for client required reporting.</p>
<p>-Play an integral part in MSA/SOW/Contract review, ensuring mutually-beneficial terms.</p>
<p>-Managing client communications, including with brand marketing managers and procurement.</p>
<p>-Assisting in the preparation of rate cards.</p>
<p>-Monitoring new business pipeline activity, to help drive financial strategy and forecasting analyses.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong><u>Key Requirements:</u></strong></p>
<p>-10+ years of Agency experience required. </p>
<p>-Must have experience in developing cross functional relationships with non-finance stakeholders.</p>
<p>-Forecasting experience.</p>
<p>-Experience in aligning different perspectives and inputs to generate concise cost proposals and outputs.</p>
<p>-Direct client negotiation experience.</p>
<p>-Experience in development of MSA's and familiarity with legal terms.</p>
<p>-Experience in generating pricing that incorporates AI tools/software is a plus.</p>
<p>-At least 3 years in people management.</p>
<p>-Clear and concise communication skills.</p>
<p>-Advanced Excel skills.</p>

Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
