CTR Select are partnering with a successful and growing foodservice and distribution business to appoint a commercially focused Finance Director.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role within a dynamic, founder-led organisation. The successful candidate will drive commercial performance, improve financial visibility, strengthen operational controls and support the next phase of business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and support strategic business decision-making.


• Drive margin improvement, profitability and commercial performance.


• Manage cash flow, working capital and forecasting.


• Partner with operational, sales and procurement teams to improve efficiency and cost control.


• Develop meaningful reporting, KPIs and management information.


• Strengthen financial controls, governance and business processes.


• Support ongoing systems and business improvement initiatives.

About You

• Experienced Finance Director or Senior Finance Leader.


• Strong commercial and operational finance background.


• Experience within foodservice, wholesale, distribution, FMCG, logistics or supply chain environments.


• Proven ability to improve profitability, cash flow and business performance.


• Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial business.
