Finance Director

An exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Leader to join a high-growth Cheshire based business entering a key stage of its evolution.

This strategic leadership role will work closely with the Founders and CEO to help prepare the business for a future sale/transaction process over the next few years.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading financial sale readiness and transaction preparation


• Delivering rigorous reporting, analysis and financial discipline


• Preparing and presenting a compelling financial growth story


• Driving commercial performance and margin improvement initiatives


• Responding quickly and effectively to due diligence/data requests


• Playing a key role within the Executive leadership team

The successful candidate will ideally possess:

• Previous experience leading or supporting a company sale/transaction


• Strong commercial and strategic finance capability


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• The ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex financial information
