Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller in Bracknell, you'll play a key role in managing the financial operations of a manufacturing focused business. From overseeing accounting processes to ensuring accurate financial reporting, your work will help the organisation stay on top of its financial health while also managing and completing a full ERP transformation from Sage200 to Inplicit.

Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Prepare and oversee financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.


• Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.


• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.


• Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.


• Oversee payroll and taxation processes.


• Coordinate with external auditors as required.


• Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

A successful Finance Controller should have:

• Strong experience in accounting and finance roles, ideally within the property industry.


• Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.


• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Hourly rate between £350 and £375, dependent on the level of experience.


• Temporary position offering flexibility.
