This role is central to our mission of driving operational excellence and financial integrity across Ingram Micro UK\&I. You’ll have the chance to make a real difference by shaping the direction of a newly created finance function, implementing strong financial controls, and enabling smarter decision\-making through insightful reporting and leadership.
What you can expect to be getting up to as a Comms\-Care Finance Lead
As the senior on\-site Finance lead in Northwich, you’ll lead a team of three, shaping operations and performance through the key responsibilities that follow:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with US GAAP and Ingram Micro accounting policies
- Own statutory audit processes and build effective relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
- Enhance the financial control environment and consult with the UK\&I Head of Finance on technical matters
- Partner with FP\&A to develop decision\-driving financial reports and performance metrics
- Support regional and global finance queries and act as primary escalation contact for financial matters
- Lead and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering a high\-performance culture through coaching and development
- Experience in Finance control roles
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA)
- Experience with SOX Compliance \& Internal Controls
- Experience working within a US GAAP framework
- Knowledge of corporation tax and VAT
- ERP implementation exposure
- Proven ability in developing and managing internal control frameworks
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Relationship\-building mindset and confidence to challenge the status quo
