Job responsibilities

The Controller Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

• Control and analyze all data related to costs, employees' headcount (HC), Full\-Time Equivalents (FTE), etc., ensuring a robust follow\-up and analysis of deviations.


• Update and maintain various dashboards, monitor statistics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by brand, consolidating LVMH P\&C figures.


• Update group reporting data and follow up monthly and annually.


• Report and analyze data for the HR department, including evolution, deviations, and generation of different scenarios to assist in decision\-making.


• Participate in the budget process, updating changes and conducting necessary analyses while ensuring adherence to Group and local guidelines. This involves close collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Controlling Team.


• Contribute to the annual salary review process by verifying and updating salary information and preparing reports for the salary review.


• Support the implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies, including comparing offers and proposals, forecasting expenditures, etc.

• PROFILE NEEDED


• MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Industrial Organization Engineering or similar field. Master’s degree will be considered a plus.


• LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1\). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.


• IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Knowledge of SAP desirable.


• EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.


• OTHER: Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full\-time.
