Description

• Provide financial analysis to support operational decision-making.


• Partner with operational teams to forecast budgets and costs.


• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets.


• Assist in developing strategies to improve financial efficiency.


• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.


• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.

A successful Finance Business Partner - Operations should have:

• A solid background in accounting or finance, ideally within the life science industry.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
