Client Details

The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting commercial and operational decision-making through high-quality financial insight, analysis and challenge. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role helps shape strategy, improve performance, evaluate investment opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

Description

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial, operational and senior leadership teams.

  • Provide financial insight, challenge and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable business recommendations.

  • Support senior stakeholders in understanding current performance, future risks and emerging opportunities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities for designated business areas.

  • Deliver timely management reporting, KPI analysis and performance insights.

  • Monitor business performance against budget, forecast and strategic objectives, providing clear variance analysis and recommendations.

  • Ensure planning assumptions, financial models and forecasts remain robust and aligned with business priorities.

  • Support the development and monitoring of meaningful performance metrics

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • An accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Experience producing business cases, investment appraisal and commercial analysis.

Job Offer

Finance Business Partner

  • Salary between £70,000 and £80,000 dependent on the level of experience.
