Description

• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.


• Develop and maintain financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting processes.


• Analyse financial performance and identify key trends to improve profitability and efficiency.


• Prepare regular management reports and present findings to stakeholders.


• Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.


• Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and processes.


• Act as a key liaison between the finance team and other business units.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).


• Strong experience in financial analysis and business partnering within the FMCG industry.


• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.


• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
