Your Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partnering for EMEA Corporate and Medical Functions (e.g. IT, HR, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Commercial Development) with proactive value delivery and results orientation
- Single point of contact and key interface for functional counterparts regarding all finance\-related topics
- Support and execution of monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting processes as well as master data management processes
- Ownership of the respective monthly Functional Review process including “backwards and forwards” analysis and interpretation of financial data, cost evolution, trends, YTD performance, forecast, risks and opportunities
- Active management of planning and forecasting cycles, including challenging business submissions and raising proposals to close performance gaps
- Support headcount planning process in close collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of executive summaries, comments and management reporting for MTD and YTD presentations
- Definition, implementation and execution of monthly governance processes per function together with functional leadership and responsible stakeholders
- Cross\-functional collaboration across EMEA and global organization to ensure financial governance, alignment and process efficiency
- Support of strategic and operational finance projects, ad hoc analyses, data gathering, modelling and transformation initiatives with high level of autonomy
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling or comparable academic qualification with focus on finance / controlling
- Proven professional experience in Finance, Controlling or FP\&A within an international corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of financial business modelling, forecasting, planning and analytics for decision support
- Strong analytical capabilities and structured, data\-driven way of thinking
- Advanced MS Office and Excel proficiency
- Experience with Hyperion, SAP and data visualization tools considered an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to balance and anticipate multiple stakeholder needs
- Ability to work in complex organizational structures with high organizational savvy and ambiguity management
- Strong personal mindset including accountability, collaboration, learning agility, transformation drive and passion to create impact beyond the numbers
