What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Leading the organisation’s finance business partnering function, providing strategic insights to support decision-making at senior level


• Developing and overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure long-term sustainability


• Producing management reports and analytical insights to inform operational strategies and enhance financial performance


• Supporting business development activities, including pricing models, negotiations, and contractual review


• Building and developing the finance team, cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and fostering financial literacy across the organisation

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Qualified finance professional or experienced equivalent with a solid background in finance business partnering and strategic planning


• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support organisational decision-making through insightful financial analysis


• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams


• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial controls and governance


• Passionate about using finance to contribute to organisational mission and positive social impact
