Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for...
- Communicating with suppliers
- Bank reconciliations and cash fund monitoring
- Credit card expense processing and validation
- Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliaitions
- Assist with prepayments and the fixed asset register
- Support with monthly management accounts
As a Finance Assistant, you will need...
- A few years experience in finance would be advantageous
- Strong numerical ability
- Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Motivated, proactive and driven
- Strong team player, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
