We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support a high profile local organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices.

  • Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements.

  • Process all financial transactions accurately.

  • Preparing payment runs and maintaining financial records.

  • Resolving finance-related queries from suppliers and customers.

  • Assisting with general finance administration and filing.

Key skills:
  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

  • AAT qualification Level 2 or studying towards AAT is advantageous.
