We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join a busy Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.

  • Liaise with suppliers

  • Prepare and post journal entries.

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations.

  • Support budgeting and financial reporting activities

  • Manage the Finance inbox, allocating tasks and responding to queries.

Person Spec:
  • Strong Excel skills and general IT proficiency.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
