The Society of Sports Therapists (The SST) is the UK’s leading professional body for Sports Therapists \- and we’re looking for a highly organised, service\-focused Finance and Office Administrator to join our small, collaborative team.
This is a varied and hands\-on role, combining finance administration with member support and office coordination. You’ll play a vital part in keeping our financial processes running smoothly while delivering an excellent experience for our members.
What you’ll be doing
· Managing day\-to\-day finance activities including invoicing, payments, reconciliations and maintaining records.
· Supporting membership services.
· Acting as a key point of contact for members and stakeholders.
· Working closely with colleagues and external accountants to support reporting and processes.
· Helping identify and implement improvements across systems and services.
About you
· AAT qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ experience in a finance/admin role.
· Strong attention to detail with solid accounting knowledge.
· Confident using Excel and finance systems (Xero experience desirable).
· A proactive team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering a high\-quality service.
