FINANCE AND COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR – JOB INFORMATION

Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop is seeking a new Finance and Company Administrator to work within our small team.

Job Title: Finance and Company Administrator

Deadline: 8 June 2026, 5pm.

Salary: £26042 – 27042 Pro rata (dependent on skills and experience).

Term: Permanent.

Days: 3 days a week (21 hours).

Summary of Role

The Finance and Company Administrator has responsibility for processing financial

transactions, maintaining financial records and financial reporting. Key to the role is ensuring

effective financial processes that support the team and contribute to the success of the

organisation by providing a strong basis for all financial operations. The post is important to

the efficient functioning of the organisation, maintaining the goodwill of artists, suppliers

and freelancers by paying promptly, properly managing fundraised income and supporting

the attainment of other income generation.

The Finance and Company Administrator also provides support to the Director and the

organisation in respect to scheduling, board management and statutory reporting.

Flexible Working Considerations: We would consider Job Share applications but please contact us in advance so we have time to consider the proposed structure for covering the work. A proposal for shorter hours may be considered depending on the approach suggested by the applicant. There may be a possibility for spreading the hours over more than three days, by working shorter days on some of the days.
