Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented Finance and Accounting Expert to support the financial management and administrative operations of the company.

The selected candidate will play a key role in accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and ensuring financial compliance while supporting the company’s international growth and operational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial administration activities


• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and documentation


• Monitor company costs, budgets, and financial performance


• Support invoicing, payment processing, and cash flow management


• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial consultants


• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations


• Support budgeting and financial planning processes


• Analyze operational and production costs


• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation


• Support management with financial reporting and strategic analysis

• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes


• Excellent analytical and organizational skills


• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel


• Fluent English and Dutchrequired


• Experience in international business or manufacturing industry preferred


• Ability to work accurately and independently


• Strong problem\-solving and reporting skills
