Description
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key metrics.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level finance and accounting role.
- Demonstrable experience of working within transactional finance.
- An eye for commercial finance, ability to identify potential trends and opportunities.
- Strong Excel skills.
- A demonstrable interest in using AI and other reporting tools to innovate processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues.
