About the Role

Level - 3

Department- Finance

Location - Southampton/ London

Contract - 12 Month FTC/ Secondment

The Financial Analyst will support the Network Business Partners to provide financial support and insight to the QFP business and management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce the monthly network performance trackers, weekly RFP dashboard and other key MI reports that support the QFP Business and Distribution team. Use the available management information and data sources to be able to develop reports and complete ad hoc analysis.

  • Produce the calculations for the QFP Distribution incentive scheme.

  • Process the out of system AR rebates.

  • Support the Affluent Finance Director in the running and administration of the monthly Commercial Oversite forum meetings.

  • Manage the QFP incentive loans tracking and reporting.

  • Support the Business Partner with ad hoc analysis.

About You • Methodical and thorough with an ability to produce accurate outputs.
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerBI and other tools to analyse data and produce reports.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Capable of working in detail but able to summarise complex information.

  • Credibility, professionalism, and strong personal integrity.

  • Embraces change and initiates new and better ways of working to drive continuous improvement.

  • Embraces a collaborative working environment to achieve shared objectives.

  • Knowledge/awareness of QFP commission systems and the QFP business is desirable.
