Role: Finance Administrator
Salary: £14\.50 \- £15 p/h
Location: Chilton Foliat, Wiltshire
Working ou Hours: 8 hours p/w, spread across 2 half days

As we following an extensive refurbishment, we are entering an exciting new chapter.
We’re seeking a detail\-driven and reliable Finance Administrator to support the day\-to\-day financial and administrative operations of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key behind\-the\-scenes role in a growing hospitality environment, while benefiting from a flexible, part\-time working pattern.
Role \& Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for finance\-related queries, including responding to customer requests and reissuing invoices and statements
- Support Credit Control activities, including managing and responding to a shared inbox
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate financial records across accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions
- Track and record expenses, ensuring correct allocation and documentation
- Prepare and support the production of financial reports, including profit \& loss, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the preparation of tax documentation and liaise with external professionals where required
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal procedure
- Provide general administrative support, including financial data entry and record keeping
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
- Experience in a finance, accounts, or administration role
- Strong numerical skills and confidence using Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively within part\-time hours
- Comfortable supporting a busy, fast\-paced operation
- SAP experience is essential
