Finance Administrator (part-time) - Westbury, Wiltshire

Job Overview

Chantry Digital is a well\-established local company based in Westbury, Wiltshire. Founded in the 1960s, we specialise in the supply, installation and servicing of visual and audio equipment for the hospitality sector.

We are looking for a permanent, part\-time Finance Administrator to join our small administration team for approximately 10 hours per week. We can offer flexibility around the days and hours worked within our office opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5\.30pm. The role offers a competitive hourly rate based on relevant experience, along with pro\-rata holiday allowance, a company pension scheme and onsite parking at our offices.

Key responsibilities will include processing incoming supplier invoices, checking product details and entering information into Sage Line 50\. You will investigate and resolve invoice disputes or discrepancies, regularly check customer statements, and assist with other financial administration duties required to support the smooth running of the finance workload.

The ideal candidate will have Sage Line 50 knowledge and previous finance experience. They will be diligent, numerically confident and highly accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
