We are looking for a reliable and organised Finance Account Manager to join our team on a full\-time basis at our Salford office.

This role would suit someone with good experience in accounts, finance administration, invoicing, rent/payment tracking, supplier payments, reconciliations, and general financial reporting. The successful candidate must be confident working with numbers, keeping records accurate, and communicating professionally with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and management.

The role requires someone who is proactive, detail\-focused, trustworthy, and able to work independently in a busy office environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing day\-to\-day finance and accounts administration

  • Preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices

  • Monitoring rent payments, service charge payments, and other income

  • Chasing outstanding payments and keeping arrears records updated

  • Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment schedules

  • Reconciling bank payments, receipts, and account records

  • Maintaining accurate finance files and spreadsheets

  • Preparing financial summaries and reports for management

  • Assisting with service charge, utilities, insurance, and property\-related cost records

  • Liaising with tenants, suppliers, contractors, accountants, and internal team members

  • Helping to organise financial documents for accountants, audits, and year\-end accounts

  • Checking statements, bills, and invoices for accuracy

  • Supporting management with budgeting, cashflow tracking, and cost control

  • General office and administrative support where required

Requirements
  • Previous experience in finance, accounts, bookkeeping, or a similar role

  • Good understanding of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial records

  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident with emails, phone calls, and professional communication

  • Able to work independently and manage workload

  • Organised, responsible, and trustworthy

  • Experience with property management accounts, rent schedules, service charges, or utilities would be an advantage

  • Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar would be beneficial
