Film and Event Co-ordinator

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Film \& Events Coordinator to join its dynamic Events Team. This fast\-paced and varied role will see you acting as the first point of contact for all film and event enquiries across the parkland estate.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of one of London’s most iconic destinations, hosting everything from sporting events to film and TV productions.
You will manage the film and events inboxes, responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally. Working closely with Filming Location Managers and event clients, you will support projects from initial enquiry through to contracting, invoicing and completion, ensuring a high standard of service throughout.### Is it for you?

Experience
- Proven experience coordinating filming and/or event enquiries
- Coordinating enquiries from initial contact through to delivery, including bookings or project coordination
- Familiarity with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, or budget tracking
- Working with clients, stakeholders, or external partners, maintaining a high standard of service
- Supporting filming, events, or operational planning, including logistics and documentation
- Excellent attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records, calendars, and databases
- Confident using spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow processes and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Experience with minute taking, report preparation, and information sharing
- Solutions\-oriented – able to problem\-solve and support clients in achieving their creative vision within practical operational guidelines.
- Collaborative – works effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
- Resilient and adaptable – remains effective under pressure working across multiple projects and responds well to changing priorities

- The salary for this post is £38,342 per annum. LLDC operates a performance\-based incremental pay scale.
- The probationary period for this post is for 3 months. Upon successful completion of the probation period, confirmation of employment will be given, and the notice period will be three months.
- This is a permanent role.
- This is full time position, working 37 hours per week.
- All employees are eligible to join our pension scheme, which is provided by the Local Government Pension Scheme.
- Annual leave entitlement is 32 days per year, plus bank holidays, pro\-rata for part\-time employees. The LLDC leave year runs from 1st April until 31st March and the entitlement will be pro\-rata from the individual’s start date.
- To align with LLDC’s objectives, we offer 3 fully compensated volunteer days (pro\-rata for part\-time employment) providing all staff with the opportunity to serve the community in which they live in.
- LLDC can provide employees with an interest\-free loan to purchase a season ticket for travel to and from work. Loans are available for the actual cost of the ticket up to a maximum value of £5,000\.
- LLDC employees are eligible for a discounted gym membership at the Copper Box Arena and free membership at the London Aquatics Centre. Employees can enjoy the use of both state\-of\-the\-art gyms and swimming facilities for £15 per month.
