Field Service Technician

The job \| Do you love technology, prefer variety and want to be part of a team?
- Installation and commissioning as well as retrofitting of injection moulding machines and system systems in
- Execution of maintenance and service contracts
- Implementation of software updates and elimination of simple software errors on PLC controls
- Preparation of fault diagnostics and carrying out root cause analyses
- Determination of damage and repair scopes as well as repair execution on machines and
- Preparation of documentation (e.g. maintenance protocols, measurement and error logs)
- Consulting, instruction and training of technical customer personnel
be right for you✓ Do you have a qualified professional qualification that qualifies you to install and commission
electrical systems? Are you e.g. a mechatronics technician or energy system electronics technician?
✓ Do you have at least three years of professional experience – preferably as a service technician for
injection moulding machines or other complex machines and systems?
✓ Would you like to switch to field service and have experience with
complex machines and systems as a maintenance technician?
✓ Do you prefer to work independently in the field and like working with
customer staff and are also ready for international assignments? Service assignments mainly within a 250
km radius of Malterdingen (e.g. Switzerland, France, Baden Württemberg, Bavaria) and, if necessary, in
other countries worldwide.
✓ Can you communicate well in English with your conversation and work partners?
