Field Service Engineer

Industrial Filtration & Extraction Equipment (LEV Systems) - Central England (potential for UK wide)

Birmingham, Northampton, Coventry, Reading, Luton

£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits + Training

  • Familiar with LEV testing and looking for a change of scenery?

  • You'll have your BoHS P601 qualification already or be seriously considering holding it.

Join the friendly team at a respected leader in industrial filtration equipment. As long as you have some experience with LEV testing, your application is of interest, whether or not you hold your BoHS P601 qualification.

Your Role as a Field Service Engineer:

  • Carry out LEV Testing on dust, fume, and mist extraction systems (Thorough Examination and Test [TExT].

  • Covering the UK from a midlands based area.

  • Engage in a mechanically biased role, ensuring top-quality customer service.

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of well-known engineering clients.

  • Producing legal reports that document the systems thoroughly.

  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative, service and install team.

  • Part of the role may include working at heights.

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend work.

Ideal Background for the Field Service Engineer Position:
  • Basic understanding of LEV systems and industrial extraction.

  • P601 qualification is essential or at the very least, you'll be in a position to sit the course.

  • Happy working in a dirty environment.

  • Willing to work at heights (PASMA / IPAF certificate beneficial)

  • Confident report writing skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Full valid UK driving licence (6 points max)

  • Right to work in the UK indefinitely as sponsorship isn't provided.
