Ihre Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Installation, Inspektion, Wartung und Reparatur von technisch anspruchsvollen Banknotenbearbeitungs\- und Verpackungssystemen im In\- und Ausland


• Reparaturen, Wartungen, Tests und Upgrades an BPS® Systemen im Haus


• Betreuung und Dokumentation von Abnahmetests im Haus oder bei Kunden


• Fehleranalyse und \-diagnose sowie Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Störungsbehebung


• Installation und Verwendung von Systemen zur Ferndiagnose und \-wartung


• Systematische Dokumentation aller Serviceaktivitäten


• Einweisung und Schulung der Kunden


• Verwaltung von Ersatz\- und Verbrauchsteilen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Mechanik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Informationstechnik


• Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Service, gerne im internationalen Umfeld


• Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft, vornehmlich in Europa


• Gute Deutsch \& Englischkenntnisse


• Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office\-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word und Excel)


• Stark ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung


• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
