From our Operations Centre in Blanchardstown, Dublin, we run a highly skilled team of directly employed field service engineers throughout the country and a service module remanufacturing facility with logistics support and warehousing.

We are currently advertising for 1 x field service engineering position to meet continued growing demand from our clients around the Co. Wicklow area and beyond.

Some previous experience in the field of commercial espresso equipment maintenance is preferred, but a general “can\-do” attitude is required for the position. Candidates need to be dexterous, with a technical background, and able to confidently work alone at customer sites. Some IT knowledge would be helpful as our equipment includes advanced communications and programming software, but full training will be provided by our experts.

You will need a valid driving license for this role.

*Responsibilities*

· Travelling to customer sites and diagnosing faults with hydraulic pipework, wiring looms, interfacing parts, motors, cables etc., and ensuring our manufacturer’s standard level of repair.

· Installing equipment at customer sites

· Quality checking and adjusting components or assemblies against required specification; for example; calibrating coffee grinders, brewing and hydraulic modules.

· Carrying out prescribed preventative maintenance including water filter changes and PSSR tests.

· As a customer facing position, good manners and friendly outlook is required.

· Ability to follow defined procedures and processes specified during training.

*Days \& Hours:* Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30\.

*Job Type:* Full\-time

*Basic Salary:* €38,000 DOE plus daily subsistence payment\[Weekday only]€1,856 per year

*Weekend Standby:* Standby \& attendance payments apply \[ 1 in 4 weekend rotation ]

*Overtime:* At 1\.5 x basic salary

Total Remuneration Package starting from circa €40,000 excluding Overtime
