Field Service Engineer

Job Purpose

Cuco Coffee is a new start\-up operating in the Office Coffee Service (OCS) industry throughout the greater Manchester area. We bring barista quality coffee to the workplace ‘perking up’ Manchester’s offices one customer at a time. We opened in February and now require a field service engineer to join our expanding team due to high demand and company growth.

The job…

· Providing a best in class 5\* customer service

· Travelling to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain equipment

· Delivering our fantastic and delicious coffee and consumables

· Diagnosing faults and repairing machine breakdowns as required

· Installing new machines (often mains fed) and providing demonstrations on how to operate to customer’s staff

· Refurbishing Coffee Machines in our Warehouse

What you need to have…

· Extremely high level of customer service

· Confident Manner and Enjoy Meeting New People

· Technical knowledge and/or plumbing experience is a distinct advantage

· Flexibility to carry out multi week training in our Head office, Dublin, Ireland – full travel costs will of course be covered.

· Ability to grow with the company

· Full Clean Driving License

· For insurance purposes candidate must be 23 years or over.
