As our business continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Multi\-Site Field Engineer based along the M6 corridor, covering Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington. This exciting, field\-based role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring our iconic coin\-operated machines stay in top condition while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Mission:

✅ Install, maintain, service, and remove our legendary SEGA Amusements equipment
✅ Perform basic network diagnostics
✅ Carry out preventative maintenance and PAT testing
✅ Keep merchandise stocked on select machines
✅ Ensure all machines are operating at peak performance to maximize income
✅ Follow all Health \& Safety regulations
✅ Coordinate with Sega Total Solutions for parts, merchandise, and redemption tickets

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2\+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines


• Hands\-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA products


• Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude


• Physically fit to handle manual tasks


• Reliable, trustworthy, and well\-presented


• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends \& public holidays


• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel beyond your patch when required
