The Role We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven, relationship\-focused Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our B2B network across the Dublin, Kildare, and Laois territories.
This is a highly proactive, on\-the\-road role centered around direct customer engagement. If you are a natural communicator who thrives on meeting new people and building long\-term client relationships, we want to hear from you. Crucially, no prior technical or industry experience is required—we will provide you with comprehensive, hands\-on training on all our product lines and services.
Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Proactively traveling across Dublin, Kildare, and Laois to visit B2B customer sites and introduce our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Distributing company materials, identifying key decision\-makers, and qualifying new sales leads.
- Consultative Selling: Setting up and attending introductory meetings to understand client needs and present our tailored services.
- Account Management: Nurturing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Pipeline Tracking: Working towards achievable sales targets and managing your remote schedule effectively.
- Experience: Proven background in a field sales, business development, or marketing role (B2B experience is a plus, but a great attitude is more important).
- Interpersonal Skills: A persuasive, professional, and confident communicator who excels at networking and building rapport.
- Drive \& Organization: Highly organized and self\-motivated, with the ability to independently manage a dynamic, on\-the\-road schedule.
- Requirements: A current, full, and clean driver's license is essential for this field\-based role.
- Right to Work: You must possess Irish/EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa (we do not sponsor visas), and be fluent in English.
- Comprehensive Training: Full onboarding and ongoing technical training to ensure you are confident and successful in the field.
- Competitive Salary: A strong basic annual wage (dependent on experience).
