<h3 data-section-id="ifxpbt" data-start="871" data-end="898">The Financial Blueprint</h3>
<p data-start="900" data-end="976">Our commission structure allows you to earn across multiple revenue streams:</p>
<p data-start="978" data-end="1229"><strong data-start="978" data-end="991">Payments:</strong> 50% of annualised payments net revenue<br data-start="1030" data-end="1033"><strong data-start="1033" data-end="1046">Hardware:</strong> 50% of hardware revenue<br data-start="1070" data-end="1073"><strong data-start="1073" data-end="1086">Software:</strong> 50% of annual software revenue<br data-start="1117" data-end="1120"><strong data-start="1120" data-end="1134">Residuals:</strong> 25% of SumUp net revenue, paid monthly for up to 5 years</p>
<p data-start="1231" data-end="1368">New Partners also receive <strong data-start="1257" data-end="1298">3x residuals for their first 3 months</strong> while building their portfolio.</p>
<p class="" data-start="1370" data-end="1424">There are also additional milestone bonuses available.</p>
<p data-start="1426" data-end="1591">A qualifying deal within the current commission plan can generate up to <strong data-start="1498" data-end="1552">€1,344 upfront plus €315 in annual residual income</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="1593" data-end="1654"><strong data-start="1593" data-end="1654">Top performers can generate €7,000 to €10,000+ per month.</strong></p>
<p data-start="1656" data-end="1739">This is a <strong data-start="1666" data-end="1739">100% commission-only, self-employed opportunity with no basic salary.</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="ceob8v" data-start="1961" data-end="2022">Sell SumUp’s payments, hardware, POS and software solutions</li>
<li data-section-id="rd5yof" data-start="2023" data-end="2063">Manage your own territory and pipeline</li>
<li data-section-id="9x90eo" data-start="2064" data-end="2126">Take merchants from first conversation through to onboarding</li>
<li data-section-id="1o49ton" data-start="2127" data-end="2184">Build referrals and develop your own customer portfolio</li>
</ul>

<li data-section-id="1ym02p6" data-start="2437" data-end="2445">Energy</li>
<li data-section-id="nqegbb" data-start="2446" data-end="2471">POS or technology sales</li>
<li data-section-id="rdv821" data-start="2472" data-end="2518">Other commercially driven sales environments</li>

<p data-start="2520" data-end="2643">What matters most is that you are comfortable creating your own opportunities, handling rejection and winning new business.</p>
