Field Sales Executive – Broadcast & Media Technology
Aylesbury (UK travel + future Ireland & Europe remit)
£35,000 – £40,000 + Commission & Benefits
The Role
We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow accounts within the broadcast, AV, and media technology sectors, while also winning new business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career, with progression into an international sales role covering Ireland and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of UK customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Deliver client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and accurate forecasts
- Represent the business at industry events
- Proven B2B field sales or account management experience
- Strong track record in new business and account growth
- Confident, consultative approach with excellent communication skills
- Organised with good CRM and pipeline management
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Experience in broadcast, AV, media tech, or live events
- Knowledge of reseller/integration channels
- Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission
- Clear progression into international sales
