The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships. You'll spend your time out in the field, meeting clients face-to-face, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that add value to their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business through field-based sales activity
- Build, manage and develop long-term customer relationships
- Attend client meetings, presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-up communications
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems
- Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
We're looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for sales.
You'll Ideally Have:
- Previous field sales, business development or customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, professional and persuasive approach
- The ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively
- Strong motivation to achieve targets and maximise earnings
- A proactive mindset with a positive attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
