Field Sales Executive – FMCG
About Us
We are a premium frozen foods manufacturer supplying independent retailers, convenience stores and cash \& carries across London and the Home Counties.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to develop existing customer relationships, win new business and increase distribution across our territory.
The Role
This is a field\-based sales role focused on growing sales, increasing distribution and building strong relationships with independent retailers.
You will manage existing accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit independent retailers, convenience stores and cash \& carries across your territory.
· Build strong relationships with store owners, managers and key decision\-makers.
· Secure new product listings and increase sales within existing accounts.
· Open new customer accounts and grow territory coverage.
· Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
· Negotiate promotional activity and maximise in\-store visibility.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Requirements
· Previous field sales, van sales or FMCG sales experience.
· Degree level eduucation or equilavent
· Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
· Self\-motivated, organised and target\-driven.
· Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
