<p>As a self-employed Field Sales Consultant with SumUp, you will develop your own territory, win new business and build a portfolio of local merchants with the backing of one of the world’s leading fintech brands.</p>
<p>You can earn upfront commission from the businesses you bring onboard while building recurring monthly income from your merchant portfolio.</p>
<h2>Your Earning Potential</h2>
<p>Our commission structure allows you to earn across several revenue streams:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Payments:</strong> 50% of annualised payments net revenue</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Hardware:</strong> 50% of hardware revenue</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Software:</strong> 50% of annual software revenue</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Residual income:</strong> 25% of SumUp net revenue, paid monthly for up to five years</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>New Partners also receive <strong>three times their usual residual earnings during their first three months</strong> while building their portfolio.</p>
<p>Additional milestone bonuses are also available.</p>
<p>Under the current commission plan, a qualifying deal can generate up to <strong>€1,344 in upfront commission plus €315 in annual residual income</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Top-performing Field Sales Consultants can generate €7,000–€10,000+ per month.</strong></p>
<p>This is a <strong>self-employed, commission-only sales opportunity with no basic salary</strong>. Earnings are uncapped and will depend on your individual sales performance.</p>
<h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2>
<p>The most successful Field Sales Consultants create their own opportunities and take ownership of their territory.</p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>

<p>Prospect local SMEs through face-to-face visits, door-to-door sales and outbound activity</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build strong relationships with local business owners</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Sell SumUp’s payment, card-processing, hardware, POS and software solutions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Generate new business and manage your own sales pipeline</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Take merchants from the first conversation through to onboarding</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop referrals and build your own customer portfolio</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Plan your activity and manage your territory effectively</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who We’re Looking For</h2>
<p>We are looking for people with a genuine hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial approach to sales.</p>
<p>Relevant experience may include:</p>

<p>B2B new business sales</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Field sales or direct sales</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Door-to-door sales</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Payments, card processing or merchant services</p>
</li>

<p>POS or EPOS systems</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Telecoms</p>
</li>

<p>Energy</p>

<p>Previous field sales experience is beneficial, but your mindset matters most.</p>
<p>You should be comfortable approaching businesses, creating your own opportunities, handling rejection and closing new business.</p>
