Miho Inspektionssysteme (Ahnatal, Germany) designs and delivers industrial inspection

systems and complete inspection lines, supporting food and beverage manufacturers with

reliable, high\-performance solutions for quality control and process safety.

To strengthen our customer support and grow our activities in Western Europe, we are

looking for a Field Project \& Service Engineer based in Belgium, working closely with our

Belgian sales office and our technical teams in Germany.

Your Role

You will be the technical interface between customers, the Miho Belgian sales office, and

the Miho technical support / engineering teams in Germany. The role is

deliberately flexible and varied, combining pre\-sales support, after\-sales customer care, and

hands\-on field activities (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting).

Key Responsibilities (non\-exhaustive)

1\. Project \& technical support to the Belgian Sales Office (pre\- after\-sales

 Support sales with technical clarification: feasibility, line integration, constraints,

utilities, layout, customer specifications.

 Assist in preparing technical offers (scope definition, options, interfaces,

assumptions, site prerequisites).

 Participate in customer meetings (on\-site or remote) and translate operational needs

into technical requirements.

2\. Customer support \& after\-sales (Belgium / France / Europe)

 Act as the local point of contact for customers, ensuring quick response and

structured follow\-up in the given language

 Provide first\-level diagnostics and on\-site troubleshooting.
