Field Marketing Services Manager
We have an opportunity for a German\-speaking Field Marketing Services Manager to join our Europe Field Marketing Services team on a 12\-month fixed\-term contract, based in either Windsor, UK or Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you'll act as the strategic marketing partner to a portfolio of franchised hotels across Europe. Your focus: activating IHG's digital marketing tools and services to help hotels deliver incremental, profitable revenue and hit their commercial goals. It's a role where insight meets action, and where the relationships you build directly shape how our hotels show up to guests.
What you'll do* Be the primary marketing point of contact for your portfolio of hotels, building strong, trusted relationships with their teams
- Deliver data\-driven insights and lead regular performance conversations with both hotel and internal stakeholders
- Develop tactical marketing plans that drive revenue, bookings and occupancy
- Coordinate end\-to\-end campaign delivery, from brief to activation
- Use IHG's digital tools and platforms to maximise hotel performance and guest engagement
- Juggle multiple projects at once, hitting timelines and milestones along the way
- Educate hotel teams on digital marketing best practice and the trends shaping our industry
- Collaborate across digital, revenue and marketing teams to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction
- Campaigns and initiatives land smoothly and on time
- Your hotels feel supported, engaged and well\-served
- Insight and performance reporting are sharp, clear and useful
- Marketing plans are executed seamlessly
- Marketing experience within hospitality or another consumer\-focused environment
- A solid grasp of digital marketing channels and CRM
- The ability to read the data and translate it into action, not just charts
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; you can hold your own with hotel GMs and internal leaders alike
- Strong project management chops, with the ability to handle multiple priorities without losing the thread
- A proactive, solutions\-focused mindset and a genuine drive to deliver results
