Job Title: Field Marketing Manager – EMEA Retail (Grocery and Beauty)

Vertical: Grocery and Beauty, Multi\-Category Retail

Location: Germany, France, the United Kingdom (100% Remote)

Language Requirements: German (Fluent/Native) and English (Fluent)

Centric Software, a fast\-growing, innovation\-driven enterprise software company, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our Grocery and Beauty Retail strategy across EMEA and the CPG industry in the Euro Central region (mainly DACH and Poland). Centric Software provides product concept\-to\-commercialization solutions across all manufacturing and retail verticals.

Reporting to the EMEA CPGR Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives aligned with our CPGR Markets strategy. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker and executor, capable of collaborating with both marketing and sales teams to drive regional growth and elevate Centric Software’s market presence.

It’s a 100% remote working position based in EMEA, preferably in Germany, France, or the UK.

You have strong Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise and at least 5 years of experience in managing marketing activities in ultra\-dynamic IT/software companies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectives

  • Design and execute Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close alignment with sales to engage, nurture, and accelerate priority Retail accounts

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, vertical, and persona on multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.)

  • Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars and Centric events

  • Develop supporting campaign assets and collateral with the support of the content manager and copywriters

  • Analyze campaign results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and identify potential areas for improvement

  • Conduct market, database, and competition analysis

  • Work with freelancers and external agencies

  • Manage budget \& accounting
Requirements:
  • 4\-5 years of experience in B2B marketing targeting , with a focus on field marketing

  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programs, with a focus on ABM targeting enterprise (billion\-dollar revenue) accounts

  • Degree in Marketing (Business School or equivalent)

  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross\-functional teams

  • Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, changing environment

  • A proactive problem\-solver with a solution\-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across international teams

  • Willingness to travel for events and activities

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets

  • Languages: German (native) \+ English (Fluent)
